On September 13, 2025, KYO-MART was invited to participate in the grand opening of Lukfook Jewellery’s first North American flagship store, providing on-site dessert and catering services for this landmark retail event.

This collaboration marked KYO-MART’s entry into luxury brand event catering, extending our curated food philosophy beyond in-store pop-ups into formal, high-profile settings.


The Event

The opening ceremony brought together brand executives, special guests, partners, and community representatives to celebrate an important milestone for
Lukfook Jewellery in North America.

As part of the guest experience, KYO-MART was responsible for designing and executing a dessert presentation that complemented the elegance and prestige of the occasion.


Catering Concept

The catering concept focused on refinement, balance, and visual harmony, aligning with the luxury environment of a flagship jewelry store.

Key principles included:

  • bite-sized French-style petit desserts

  • neutral tones with soft gold and marble accents

  • clean, gallery-style dessert arrangements

Rather than abundance, the emphasis was on precision and restraint, allowing guests to enjoy desserts seamlessly while networking and attending the ceremony.


On-Site Execution

Desserts were arranged across elevated marble stands and circular platters, creating a layered visual rhythm that echoed the jewelry displays surrounding the space.

The small-format pastries were designed for:

  • easy one- or two-bite enjoyment

  • minimal handling

  • smooth guest flow during peak moments

This ensured the catering experience felt integrated into the event rather than interruptive.
