Brand Sponsorship & On-Site Food Support
September 16, 2025
On September 16, 2025, KYO-MART participated as an official sponsor of the Labubu Fashion Show, supporting the event with curated food and beverage offerings designed for a fast-moving, creator-driven environment.
The show brought together fashion, youth culture, and digital media—creating a high-energy setting where on-site experience and online visibility mattered equally.
Event Atmosphere
The venue was filled with attendees moving between runway moments, social interactions, and content creation. KYO-MART’s setup was placed in a high-traffic zone, becoming a natural pause point for guests between shows, photos, and conversations.
The goal was to support the flow, not interrupt it.

Food & Beverage Curation
For this event, KYO-MART focused on grab-and-go formats suitable for large crowds and short dwell times, including:
-
Japanese onigiri and portable savory items
-
Bite-sized desserts
-
House-made herb waters (refreshing, low-profile flavors)
Design priorities:
-
easy handling during standing events
-
clean, camera-friendly packaging
-
light, refreshing profiles suitable for long programs
This ensured the food complemented the event rather than competing with it.

Creator Presence
Multiple TikTok creators attended and engaged with the event, including
meesterkeem and
roshaunrosee.
Their presence amplified organic reach as guests captured and shared moments throughout the night, extending the event’s impact beyond the venue.

KYO-MART’s Role as a Sponsor
Rather than acting solely as a food provider, KYO-MART participated as a lifestyle brand partner—supporting creators, enhancing guest comfort, and embedding the brand naturally into a fashion-forward context.
This approach emphasized:
-
subtle brand integration
-
experience-first thinking
-
alignment with contemporary culture and content ecosystems
Project Reflection
This project demonstrates:
-
fashion event sponsorship execution
-
high-volume, creator-friendly food support
-
brand integration within youth and digital culture
-
on-site operations under high visibility
In the right setting, food doesn’t just support an event—
it becomes part of the culture surrounding it.
